1. Services

2. One-Off Services

  1. One-off services are billed in full at the time of purchase.

3. Subscription Services

  1. Subscription services are billed according to the plan and frequency selected.
  2. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  3. You authorise Startitup UK to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees.
  4. Refunds for subscription services are not provided, except where Startitup UK explicitly agrees in writing.
  5. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by logging into your account and cancelling the subscription. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

 

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  1. No Refund Policy: Refunds will not be provided for any services, whether one-off or subscription-based, unless explicitly approved in writing by Startitup UK.
  2. If a subscription is cancelled, access will continue until the end of the current billing period, with no refund for unused time.
  3. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved in writing by Startitup UK.

 

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Not resell or redistribute services without prior written consent.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, materials, and software provided by Startitup UK remain our property.
  2. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the services for personal or business purposes.
  3. Copying, distributing, or modifying content without written consent is prohibited.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. Startitup UK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
  2. Our maximum liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
  3. No guarantees are made regarding the results from our services.

 

8. Termination

  1. Startitup UK may suspend or terminate access to services at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms.
  2. All outstanding fees remain payable. Refunds will not be issued unless explicitly agreed in writing.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

10. Amendments

Startitup UK may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
